Jennifer Kompelien
Principal

Jennifer Kompelien works with business executives to accelerate business growth and organizational achievement. For 15 years, she has served as a strategic business partner for executives in Fortune 500 companies, multi-nationals and small business owners.


Jennifer’s business experience coupled with her skills and training as a coach and facilitator create a powerful combination of business and organizational savvy that overcome critical challenges faced by business executives. Her work focuses on creating strategic alignment and actionable plans among executives and team members to catalyze business growth.

 

In addition to her work at Open Dynamics, Jennifer has recently served on the board of YMCA Camp St. Croix to help lead their strategy development process and currently serves as a facilitator for Mastermind Groups through the National Association of Women Business Owners.
